Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the composites production line.
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace/defense manufacturing standards, including AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee raw material (prepregs, resins, fibers) handling, storage, and traceability. Manage manpower allocation, training, and skill development for laminators, technicians, and operators.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Design/Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine utilization and maintenance (autoclaves, ovens, trimming machines, NDT facilities, etc.)
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital tracking systems (MES/ERP).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the shop floor.
- Prepare and track production budgets, KPIs, and performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, or Production Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in composites manufacturing, preferably aerospace/defense sector.
- Hands-on expertise with processes such as prepreg layup, autoclave curing, resin infusion, filament winding, and bonding.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma practices. Experience in managing production teams in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, production planning tools, and digital manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
