We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Lead Capture Plan Strategist who can create and optimize lead capture strategies for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand customer psychology, conversion-focused planning, landing page flow, and lead generation funnels to maximize quality leads and campaign performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and strategize effective lead capture systems for marketing campaigns
- Create conversion-focused landing page flow, CTA structures, and lead forms
- Optimize user journeys to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for execution
- Analyze campaign and landing page performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Suggest CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies for better results
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis for strategic planning
- Ensure alignment between ad campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture processes
Requirements:
- 6 Months+ experience preferred (2+ years highly preferred)
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & digital marketing strategies
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to understand customer behavior and user intent
- Team coordination and project management capabilities
