We are looking for smart go getter team players for a MEP Supervisor an on-site leader responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and maintenance of Swimming Pool, Water Bodies, Water Features & Irrigation systems. They are expected bridge the gap between Design and on-the-ground technicians, ensuring all MEP works meet safety, quality, and design specifications.
Core Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Inspect daily MEP installation activities to ensure they align with blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Team Management: Coordinate, schedule, and lead a diverse team of technicians, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and installers.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular quality and safety audits. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, fire regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve on-site technical bottlenecks or equipment failures, such as pressure leaks or electrical trips.
- Reporting: Document daily progress, manpower tracking, and material usage to report to the Project Manager.
Key Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience on construction or infrastructure sites.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret MEP/HVAC layouts and proficiency in modern systems (e.g., BMS monitoring, IoT systems).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-discipline coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
