Core ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Research potential B2B clients needing web and marketing services.
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales leads.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch website development and digital marketing solutions to clients.
- Schedule and conduct online or in-person business presentations.
- Understand client business goals to propose tailored service packages.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable business deals.
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding stages.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Gather client feedback to improve service delivery.
Required Skills & QualificationsProfessional Skills
- Proven track record in IT or digital agency sales.
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and web technologies.
