Business Unit Head
· Lead and manage the sales and operations division, to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
· Drive B2C revenue growth through various BTL activities, by ensuring profitability of the organisation
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, engage key opinion leaders, and promote products effectively.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product life cycle management, from launch strategies to lifecycle planning and smooth operation
· Develop and execute an omnichannel experience strategy to optimize customer engagement and maximize sales and marketing efforts.
· Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the competitive environment.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve business objectives.
· Regular capacity building exercise for team and implement regular review mechanisms
· Ensure team availability at all time and reduce churn
· Setting goals and designing strategic plans for the sales & operation of the business unit.
· Coordinating with various departments within the organization for seamless operation.
· Analysing performance metrics to drive business development and improvement.
· Making data-driven decisions that impact productivity and profitability.
· Leading and mentoring the team towards achieving goals and objectives.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
