- Software installation at the client side.
- Provide solution to any kind of software or network failure instantly.
- Should be able to recognize and analyze the issue properly.
- Should have knowledge of computer, operating system and networking
- Should be comfortable for travelling to nearby 2-3 districts
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent customer support and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in software development or IT support is a plus
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
