Job Title: Social Media & Community Manager
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
●Manage and grow social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
●Create and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand voice
●Handle community engagement through comments, DMs, and customer interactions
●Coordinate with designers, creators, and influencers for campaigns
●Track trends and support influencer/community marketing initiatives
●Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
Requirements:
●1–4 years of experience in social media or community management
●Prior experience in D2C, kids, parenting, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands preferred
●Strong understanding of Instagram trends and content creation
●Good communication and community engagement skills
●Basic knowledge of Canva, AI content tools, or social media tools is a plus
●Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
