Role Overview: We are looking for a full time dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to manage customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the company’s reputation. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls Resolve customer queries effectively Manage complaints with empathy Maintain CRM records Upsell and achieve targets Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities High level of patience, empathy, and composure under pressure Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Undergraduate required; bachelor’s degree preferred Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holiday
