## Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
* Screen resumes according to client hiring requirements.
* Conduct initial HR screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and recruiters.
* Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Update and manage recruitment trackers using **Google Sheets** and **Microsoft Excel**.
* Track interview schedules, hiring progress, and candidate status.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
## Eligibility
* Students or Fresh Graduates.
* MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or graduates from any discipline interested in Human Resources.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
