Adventure Tourism company needs an Office Administrator for urgent and immediate joining in their office at Jagatpur, Gota. Your role will be to handle the daily office routine, like answering calls, filing documents and maintaining records, overseeing daily office tasks, courier, calling clients and Hotels, managing a bridge with company owners and service providers like CA, etc. Check and answer emails, make documents and work on Excel sheets. Your command of written and spoken English is mandatory; prior experience will be an advantage. 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. Mostly you will be working alone in the office, so self-motivated, independent and critical thinking is required. Salary and perks as per industry standard.
