Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for management
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate travel schedules and office activities
- Maintain confidential records and documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles preferred
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
