Key Responsibilities
- Supervise stitching and production activities on the floor.
- Develop and approve production samples as per specifications.
- Guide operators and tailors on stitching methods and quality standards.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Check product measurements, stitching quality, and finishing.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Coordinate with Design, PPC, Cutting, and Quality teams.
- Minimize rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Train operators on new styles and production techniques.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in home furnishing or textile manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of stitching, garment construction, and production processes.
- Ability to manage production teams and maintain quality standards.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
