About Us:
FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.
We are looking for a young and energetic Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our HRMS platform while working closely with functional and technical teams.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications for FlexiEle HRMS

Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks

Collaborate with the functional team to understand client requirements and implement solutions

Build, test, and deploy new features and modules in the HRMS system

Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness

Debug and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams

Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices

Assist in database design, API development, and system integrations

Support existing clients by fixing bugs and enhancing system functionality

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)

Back-end development experience (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar)

Understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar)

Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred)

BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant technical skills

Freshers with strong technical skills can apply

6 months to 1 year of experience in full stack development preferred

Compensation as per industry standards for freshers

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
