Your core responsibility is simple:
Pick up the phone. Call. Connect. Convert. Repeat.
If you enjoy speaking to new people every day and have the drive to turn cold leads into serious buyers, this is where you grow fast.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make 100–120 connected calls daily (cold + data calling)
- Engage with potential buyers and understand their needs
- Generate qualified site visits for the sales team
- Follow up consistently to convert interest into action
- Maintain call records and track performance
- Work closely with the closing team to drive revenue
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who is hungry, aggressive, and performance-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English)
- Thick-skinned — rejection doesn’t slow you down
- Previous experience in sales/calling/telecalling is a plus (not mandatory)
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
