Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- App install campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for:
- ROAS
- CAC
- CPL
- Retention metrics
- Build and manage full-funnel marketing strategies
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Monitor daily campaign performance and scale winning ads
- Track and analyze campaign data using analytics tools
- Coordinate with creative team for high-performing ad creatives
- Improve conversion rates through landing page optimization
- Set up and manage tracking pixels and conversion APIs
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
- Experience with app marketing & install campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and take quick optimization decisions
- Strong understanding of funnels and user journeys
- Knowledge of attribution models
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manage
