Overview:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong experience in interior or civil project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple residential interior sites, ensuring quality work, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination among clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and monitor multiple ongoing interior sites simultaneously.
· Prepare, implement, and track project schedules and timelines.
· Manage vendors, contractors to achieve project goals.
· Handle client communications, and escalations effectively.
· Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
· Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of experience in managing interior projects.
· Strong multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven track record in site supervision and project coordination.
· Ability to handle pressure and deliver projects on time.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
