Job Summary
The Technical Architect for Canvas (Power) Apps is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, specifically Canvas Apps. The role involves understanding business requirements, architecting solutions, and overseeing the development and maintenance of Canvas Apps to meet the organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Designing and architecting innovative solutions using canvas apps within the power platform.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
3. Developing technical specifications and architecture documents.
4. Leading the development team in implementing canvas apps with high standards.
5. Conducting regular code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
6. Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to canvas apps.
8. Staying updated with the latest trends and features of canvas apps and the power platform.
9. Ensuring the security and scalability of solutions built using canvas apps.
10. Participating in the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in designing and developing canvas apps within the microsoft power platform.
2. Strong understanding of microsoft power automate, power bi, and common data service (cds).
3. Experience with integrating canvas apps with other microsoft 365 applications.
4. Knowledge of sharepoint online and microsoft dataverse.
5. Familiarity with data modeling, formulas, and expressions in canvas apps.
6. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using canvas apps.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Other Requirements
1.Microsoft Certified1.Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is preferred.
