We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Primary Teacher who can create an engaging, supportive, and effective learning environment for primary students. The candidate should have strong communication skills, sound subject knowledge, and the ability to make English learning interactive and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for primary-grade students.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching resources.
- Build strong foundational skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
- Use innovative and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Conduct assessments, maintain student records, and track academic progress.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who require additional help.
- Encourage students to participate actively in classroom discussions and activities.
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for academic planning.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
- Participate in school events, training programs, meetings, and other academic activities.
- Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and academic standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. / relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Primary English is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
