We are a growing online retail brand selling across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and our own website. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our daily online store operations and help scale our business.
- Manage and update product listings, cataloging, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, etc.
- Monitor daily order processing, shipments, returns, and inventory synchronization.
- Optimize product descriptions, titles, keywords, and images (SEO) to improve visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track key performance metrics (sales, returns, customer ratings) and resolve account health issues.
- Handle platform-specific customer inquiries and support tickets efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
