1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential plots/villas/projects
2. Generate leads through field visits, networking, brokers, and channel partners
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
4. Conduct site visits and client presentations
5. Develop and manage channel partner network
6. Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
7. Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
8. Ensure proper documentation and support clients through the sales process
9. Prepare sales reports and business development strategies
