At Zarvonis Ventures, we're building digital products for Bharat across AI, media, creativity, and devotional experiences. We're looking for a Senior Script Writer who can lead content with creativity, ownership, and execution.
Skills
- Write high-impact scripts for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, ads, and digital campaigns.
- Develop engaging hooks, storylines, and concepts that drive audience retention.
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table every day.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to content strategy.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Review content quality and mentor junior writers when required.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in scriptwriting, creative writing, or digital content.
- Proven experience managing or leading teams of 10 to 15 members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a deep understanding of digital-first content.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Experience writing for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.
- A strong portfolio showcasing published scripts or video content.
