Candidate should have excellent communication and language skills and should be able to comprehend things fast. He/she must be an MBA or should have completed Mass Communication course, should be able to perform under pressure. Must be aggressive in closing jobs and have an out-going personality. Should be able to work in a team. A brief understanding of Digital marketing will be an advantage.
