As the Senior Manager – Operations & Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution from customer enquiry to order fulfilment. Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you'll build scalable processes, solve business challenges, and create an exceptional customer experience while contributing directly to CLYZO's growth.
What You'll Own
Lead Operations That Drive Growth
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders, build high-performing teams, establish scalable processes and SOPs, and drive operational excellence through continuous improvements in productivity, speed, and service quality
Drive Sales Execution
- Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure seamless enquiry-to-order execution, manage the sales pipeline, support Key Account Managers, and drive revenue through efficient sales operations
Own Customer Experience
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales support through proactive communication and timely resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Management to ensure seamless execution, resolve operational bottlenecks, enhance customer experience, support business development, and drive revenue growth through efficient planning, forecasting, and process improvements.

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Business.
- 3– 8 years of experience in Pharma B2B Sales Operations, Business Development, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, or Client Coordination.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional operations.
- Understanding of APIs, pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, or specialty chemicals is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for improving processes and solving problems.
- Comfortable working with CRM, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a startup environment, and can turn ideas into execution.
- Preferred Age: 32–40 years
