Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new products into the POS and Zoho system.
- Create and update product details, pricing, SKUs, GST/HSN codes, and inventory.
- Generate invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders using Zoho.
- Manage POS billing and ensure accurate transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Resolve basic POS and product listing issues.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or Zoho Commerce.
- Knowledge of POS operations, billing, and invoicing.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and GST.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers with strong Zoho/POS knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
