Job Title: Team Lead Academic Counselor
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
* Set and monitor team sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the Academic Counseling team.
* Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
* Identify market opportunities through research and competitor analysis.
* Generate, nurture, and convert leads through various marketing channels.
* Oversee customer acquisition and ensure effective lead management.
* Provide academic counseling, course guidance, and batch allocation support to students.
* Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
* Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and counseling sessions to prospective students.
* Prepare and present sales, performance, and market analysis reports to management.
* Monitor market trends and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and partners.
* Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
* Support branding, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
* Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal departments.
* Participate in professional development programs and training initiatives.
* Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Location: Kochi (Edapally)
Salary Range : ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 (based on experience)
