Trinity Awadh Infra LLP is a growing construction and infrastructure company based in Lucknow, providing Civil Construction, Turnkey Projects, Interior Design, Renovation & Remodeling, Project Management and PEB Construction services.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can take ownership of business generation, client acquisition and strategic growth across Lucknow and other cities in Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for construction, civil, interior and turnkey projects.
- Generate new B2B and B2C leads through direct networking, references, digital channels and market visits.
- Identify and approach builders, developers, industrial units, warehouses, schools, hospitals, hotels, commercial establishments and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming construction projects, tenders, RFQs, RFPs and subcontracting opportunities.
- Coordinate with the estimation and technical team for preparation of quotations, BOQs and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry through negotiation, work order and project handover.
- Prepare sales pipelines, lead reports and regular business development reports for management.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist management in closing profitable projects.
- Develop long-term institutional and corporate accounts for Trinity Awadh Infra.
- Explore opportunities for vendor registration, contractor empanelment and corporate tie-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, interiors, building materials, project management or B2B sales.
- Strong existing network among builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors and corporate procurement teams will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Strong knowledge of the Lucknow/UP construction and real-estate market preferred.
- Comfortable with client meetings, field visits and travelling.
- Target-oriented, proactive and commercially minded.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quotations, tenders and construction terminology will be an added advantage.
