Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage new customer acquisition opportunities
- Conduct cold calling and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service support
- Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in B2C sales or field sales
- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of logistics or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
