Role Overview The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating corporate business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with companies, travel partners, and business communities. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality sales, corporate sales, or B2B business development who is eager to grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients for room bookings and long stays Build relationships with HR teams, admin teams, travel desks, startups, and SMEs Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, meetings, and referrals Manage end-to-end corporate sales cycle from lead generation to closure Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth guest experience Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets Track competitor activity and market trends Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM data Requirements 1–2 years of experience in hospitality sales / corporate sales / B2B sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of Bangalore corporate ecosystem is preferred Ability to build relationships and close deals independently Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus Location Bangalore What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling hospitality brand High ownership and learning environment Dynamic startup culture Attractive incentives and performance-driven growth
