Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Automation Executive to support software operations, workflow automation, AI implementation, and internal digital transformation initiatives. This role combines AI execution, software coordination, data management, automation, testing, and operational support to improve productivity across business functions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to automation tools, APIs, software systems, analytics, and AI workflows while supporting implementation and user adoption across teams.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support, Software Operations & System Coordination
- Provide first-level support for software, IT, and system-related issues.
- Support cloud environments, system administration, and application troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal users and external development teams for issue resolution.
- Assist in managing customized software platforms and AI work environments.
- Support system backup processes, access management, and operational continuity.
- Maintain databases and support data integrity activities.
- Assist with API integrations and technical coordination between systems.
AI Automation & Workflow Implementation
- Support implementation of AI-powered workflow automation across departments.
- Configure and maintain automation platforms and business process workflows.
- Assist in prompt creation, testing, and optimization for AI use cases.
- Create and maintain context, skills, SOPs, and knowledge files for AI systems.
- Support configuration of LLM-based solutions and internal AI tools.
- Assist in development and maintenance of internal and client-facing chatbot workflows.
- Support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge retrieval initiatives.
- Participate in software testing, QA activities, and UAT coordination.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Digital Operations
- Support business reporting, analytics, and dashboard preparation.
- Work with SQL, spreadsheets, and data preparation tasks.
- Assist in data cleaning, validation, governance, and visualization.
- Generate insights to improve operational performance.
- Support CRM data management and databank creation.
Digital Marketing & Training Support
- Support execution of digital campaigns and operational marketing initiatives.
- Assist with lead generation activities and data collection processes.
- Help create digital content, presentation templates, and video assets.
- Prepare staff onboarding and training materials for software and AI adoption.
- Support internal training sessions and documentation.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in AI, automation, software coordination, or technology operations
- Basic understanding of cloud systems and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integrations
- Understanding of workflow automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and chatbot concepts
- Basic SQL and reporting knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Structured problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, and AI configuration tools
- Knowledge of QA testing and UAT processes
- Experience with dashboards and BI tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data workflows
- Basic video editing, content creation, or digital marketing knowledge
- Experience with automation platforms and no-code tools
