Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounting Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training and helping students develop practical accounting skills required for today's job market.
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of Practical Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, ESI & PF, and Financial Reporting.
· Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP S/4HANA, QuickBooks, and MS Office.
· Basic understanding of Gulf VAT (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain & Qatar) is an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
· Teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.
Skills
· Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP S/4HANA, and MS Office.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
· Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts through practical teaching.
· Good mentoring, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
Education
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· CA Inter or CMA Inter qualification is preferred.
Experience
· Teaching experience or relevant industry experience is preferred
