Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Telecaller to connect with inbound leads and prospective learners interested in our engineering training programs. You will be the first point of contact for students and working professionals exploring our courses, guiding them toward enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from leads interested in our training programs.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career benefits clearly to prospective students.
- Qualify leads based on interest, background, and eligibility.
- Follow up consistently with warm/cold leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling/academic team for demo sessions or webinar registrations.
- Handle basic objections and route complex queries to senior counselors.
- Share course brochures, payment links, and webinar/registration links with leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; prior telecalling/EdTech sales experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
