Role: Business Head
Location: Vizag, Vijayawada & other expanding markets
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to drive regional growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The role requires complete ownership of business performance, team leadership, and strategic expansion in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive P&L performance for the assigned region
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams (Sales, Marketing & Operations)
Identify and expand into new market opportunities
Plan and execute impactful local marketing initiatives
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure seamless coordination with central & cross-functional teams
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Represent PW at industry forums and community engagements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
6–12 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of handling P&L and scaling businesses
Experience in EdTech / Education / Consumer-facing businesses preferred
Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focus
