Job Summary
Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra, Kovalam is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Service Associates (GSAs) to join the Housekeeping team. The role involves maintaining exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas according to resort standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and room amenities.
- Ensure rooms are prepared before guest arrivals.
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items promptly.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Respond to guest housekeeping requests efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the resort.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
