AI Consultant – House of EdTech (Goenka Kachave LLP)

Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic AI Consultants to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives by conducting practical, hands-on AI workshops and workforce enablement programs. The role focuses on helping organizations adopt Generative AI to improve productivity across business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct enterprise AI bootcamps and live training sessions (online & offline).
- Enable AI adoption through practical business use cases and workflow implementation.
- Simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Build AI productivity workflows and reusable playbooks.
- Engage with enterprise stakeholders, HR teams, leadership, and CXOs.
- Track learner adoption, LMS engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and productivity trends.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to conduct engaging sessions for large audiences.
- High ownership, adaptability, and execution mindset.
Preferred Background:
- 1–5 years of experience in Training, L&D, Consulting, Business Operations, or related fields.
- Experience delivering corporate training or workshops.
- Familiarity with enterprise business functions and productivity workflows.
- Candidates from premier institutes (especially IITs) are preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in EdTech, Consulting, or Startup environments.
- Exposure to AI automation tools, workflow systems, and LMS platforms.
- Experience creating SOPs, AI playbooks, or learning content.
