- Supervision & coordination with the Production Manager and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Report machine or equipment issues promptly to the Maintenance Team.
- Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of cold room temperatures is done on a daily basis.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene & cleanliness are maintained.
- Implementation of safety standards.
- Communicate operational issues and suggest improvements to Senior Management.
- Monitor returned chicken, investigate the reasons for returns, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Monitoring staff to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and on time.
- Overseeing security operations to ensure all duties are carried out correctly.
- Ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and repaired as required, in coordination with the Transport Manager.
- Conducting shop inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Handling digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
