Roles & Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure output aligns with the monthly production plan.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished components. For experienced candidates, this includes root cause analysis (RCA) of defects.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime.
- Team Supervision: Guide and monitor floor operators and helpers to maintain workplace discipline and safety.
- Reporting: Prepare and update MIS reports, including Daily Production Reports (DPR) and wastage tracking.
- Process Optimization: Assist the senior management in implementing Lean manufacturing techniques or "5S" practices on the shop floor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 1–2 Years: Candidates with experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry will be prioritized.
- Freshers: Graduates are encouraged to apply and will be enrolled as Trainees.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauges).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or ERP software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Personal Attributes: Strong leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
