We are looking for an experienced PEB Engineer to join an Industrial Greenfield Project in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) execution, structural steel erection, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute PEB and structural steel erection activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Review GA, fabrication, shop, and erection drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with PEB vendors, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure civil foundations, anchor bolts, and embedded items are ready before steel erection.
- Monitor fabrication progress, material deliveries, and site logistics to meet project schedules.
- Supervise installation of primary and secondary steel members, roof sheeting, wall cladding, flashings, gutters, and accessories.
- Ensure alignment, leveling, welding, bolting, and quality compliance during erection.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, and Architectural teams to resolve site interface issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower productivity, and project progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and project documentation.
- Support snag rectification, final inspections, and project handover.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in PEB/Structural Steel projects.
- Mandatory experience in Industrial Greenfield Projects.
- Strong knowledge of PEB systems, structural steel erection, QA/QC, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, fabrication, and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
