Supervise daily hub operations and delivery activities
Manage and coordinate delivery riders efficiently
Monitor order dispatch, delivery status, and pending orders
Ensure on-time delivery and maintain service quality
Handle rider attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation
Resolve delivery issues, customer complaints, and escalation cases
Maintain communication with operations and support teams
Track hub performance and prepare daily reports
Ensure proper handling of products and delivery standards
Pay: ₹9,024.27 - ₹18,000.00 per month
