Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and intelligent Executive Assistant (EA) Intern to support senior management in research, business coordination, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and market research.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
· Gather, analyze, and present business data and insights.
· Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
· Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, research, and business processes.
· Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and follow-ups.
· Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
· Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
· Perform administrative and executive support functions as required.
Required Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong research and information-gathering capabilities.
· Quick learner with high attention to detail.
· Good logical reasoning and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility
· Graduate or Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
· Freshers and students with a strong interest in business research and AI are encouraged to apply.
