Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Explain company services clearly to clients
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain customer data and lead records
- Support document collection and updates
- Generate business leads through WhatsApp and calls
- Coordinate with registration and documentation team
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
