Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day café/store operations smoothly
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management
- Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Train team members on service quality and SOPs
- Drive local marketing activities and customer engagement
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with franchise management and report business performance
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, tea outlet, or food retail management
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada
- Experience with POS billing systems and inventory management
- Ability to work in fast-paced café environments
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Pay: ₹13,202.02 - ₹25,000.00 per month
