- Calling customers whose vehicle service is due.
- Booking service appointments.
- Following up with customers after vehicle service.
- Informing customers about service offers, discounts, and maintenance packages.
- Handling customer queries regarding service, repairs, and costs.
- Updating customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Coordinating with service advisors and the workshop team.
- Reminding customers about upcoming service schedules and missed appointments.
- Maintaining daily call targets and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
