JOB ROLE
We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Growth Executive to accelerate revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and expand market presence for Startoon Medical Devices. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership including lead generation, cold calling, product demonstrations, and closing deals in the healthcare and rehabilitation segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals to generate new leads.
- Identify, qualify, and build a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients to showcase Startoon Medical Devices’ solutions.
- Present and promote products to doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital procurement teams effectively.
- Conduct product demos, explain clinical benefits, and convert leads into customers while achieving sales targets.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and successfully close deals.
- Explore new territories and identify untapped markets to expand business reach.
- Develop and manage channel partners and distributor networks for broader market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales coordination.
- Maintain sales reports, track performance metrics, and share market feedback for strategy improvement.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, healthcare sales, or medical devices (preferred).
- Strong experience or comfort with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel based on the requirements.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
