Position: Manager – Administration
Experience - Min 4 years exp working in a University Level Setup
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) from a recognized institution
Experience: Relevant experience in administration, facility management, hospitality operations, or institutional administration will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the campus
✔ Ensure efficient management of facilities, housekeeping, transport, and support services
✔ Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth functioning
✔ Maintain high standards of campus hospitality and service delivery
✔ Monitor compliance with institutional policies and safety regulations
✔ Support event management and campus activities
✔ Handle administrative documentation and reporting
Desired Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication ( Verbal and Written ) and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in administrative and operational management
Ability to work in a dynamic academic environment
