Hiring: Client Servicing & Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with Corporate, Government, PSU, and Banking clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and develop integrated communication solutions across Advertising, Media, Digital, Social Media, OTT, Print, Radio, Outdoor, and Events.
- Coordinate with Creative, Media, Digital, Production, and Events teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, pitch documents, media plans, and business recommendations.
- Confidently present ideas, strategies, and campaign recommendations to clients, senior management, and government officials.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support business development initiatives.
- Handle end-to-end project management from briefing to execution and post-campaign reporting.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management.
- Experience handling Corporate, Government, PSU, and Banking accounts is mandatory.
- Must be well-versed in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, pitch decks, and client reports.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently deliver presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Event Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in an Advertising, Media, Digital, or Integrated Communications Agency.
- Existing relationships with Corporate, Government, PSU, and Banking clients will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling client pitches, RFPs, and new business presentations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project execution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
