Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the store team.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize business performance.
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion or lifestyle brands.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a retail store and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Professional appearance and a passion for luxury retail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
