We are Hiring CRM Executive!!
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service requirements.
* Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts for timely execution of customer requirements.
* Receive, track, and communicate customer orders, complaints, and feedback.
* Ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
* Maintain customer records and update information in ERP/CRM systems.
* Follow up on pending actions and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
* Payment follow up.
* Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with concerned teams.
* Prepare reports, customer correspondence, and status updates.
* Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
* Support management with customer-related data and performance tracking.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.

Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or client relationship roles.
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, Transformers or CRGO
Knowledge of order processing and customer complaint handling.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
