Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations cum Quality Incharge to manage production planning, quality assurance, and dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of production plans, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely dispatch while leading the production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production activities based on order requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of production plans.
- Monitor production processes and optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with stores and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain production, quality, and dispatch records.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and process improvements.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Train and supervise production staff on operational and quality procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
