About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate who is passionate about sales and client interaction. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospects, and converting them into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential leads via calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and explain product/services accordingly
- Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Handle objections and resolve client queries effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
- Comfortable with Noida location and 10–7 working hours
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
