Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
- Inspect work quality and report any issues or deviations.
- Manage materials and equipment usage at the site.
- Communicate project updates to management regularly.
- Resolve minor site-related issues and escalate major concerns when necessary.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the worksite.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or related projects.
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
